What began as a single license in Missouri has grown into a tri-state practice spanning Arizona, Kansas, and Missouri. Through every market cycle — boom, crash, recovery, and the strange new world that followed — Charise has held to one principle: the transaction serves the family, never the other way around.

She is certified in short sales and foreclosure mitigation, holds chapter leadership with WeServ's Grievance & Professional Standards committee, and sits on the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committee of her state association. She is an active member of NAREB and the Black Maricopa Chamber of Commerce.
